Hello Hello !!
Im back with something Iv been wanting to share with you guys ! So lately everyone (well almost) has been going on this crazy healthy lifestyle journey and actually, so is myself thats why I wanted to share and show you some of my favorite , yummy of course , (don't doubt that ) recipes iv been doing lately to help you get inspired if you're bored of the same salad you've been eating the past month.
However before we start , what is my blog without some fashion history for you!
Elvis presley as a fashion icon
Elvis Presley was a really influential character and he certainty stood out during the 1950s. He had a very relaxed sense of fashion. Elvis was one of the first people to initiate the trend of the high wasted pants, as he was one of the first people to wear them. The coloured collared shirts also became very popular, as it was Elvis’s style.
Elvis Presley also originated the Hawaiian printed collared shirts. On his album cover of ‘blue Hawaii’ he is seen wearing a red and white Hawaii print shirt. Elvis Presley also influenced the way fashion was, side burns and the slicked back hairstyle was trendy for young boys. This also included wearing bright colours and flashy suits.
YOUR GOOD OLD INSTAGRAM SMOOTHIE BOWL (2 WAYS)

I know I know , summer is practically over but when is it not a good time for a smoothie bowl its practically all fruits.
MANGO / CUMIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
2 medium sized frozen mangos
1 frozen banana
Coconut milk (as desired)
Blender
- Remember everything you put in that blender has to be coming out of the fridge or the freezer
Tip: chop all the fruits before placing them in the freezer!
BANANA / PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE BOWL
2 frozen bananas
1 TbSp peanut butter
coconut milk ( as desired)
TOPPING IDEAS
A spoon of peanut butter
Shredded or shaved coconut
Granola
Roasted almonds
Bananas / blueberries
YOGHURT WITH STYLE


You can pimp up your yoghurt for breakfast or dinner by choosing the toppings you would like to add.
On your yoghurt you can add:
Cinnamon
Blueberries
Bananas
Grapes
Granola
Sunflower seeds
Chia seeds
Shredded or shaved coconut
Almonds or any types of nuts
Honey
FROZEN FRUITS
An Amazing substitute to sweets and sugary things is frozen fruits like Grapes and Blueberries
THE SMOKED SALMON AND SPINACH SANDWICH


2 Slices of Toast
1 slice of smoked salmon
Spinach
Cream cheese
OAT BARS
1 Cup butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
3 Cups oats
1 Cup Chocolate chips
Directions
1- Get a tin pan
2- In a small pan , put on fire butter + sugar until dissolved then add the vanilla and the oats
3- Cook for 3 mins
4- In another pan or in the microwave , melt the peanut butter and chocolate
5- Pour half of the oat mix into the tin pan
6- Drizzle the peanut butter and chocolate sauce
7- Pour the other half of the oat mix
8- Drizzle the rest of the sauce
9- Place the tin pan into the fridge for around 4 hours
APPLE SLICES WITH ALMOND BUTTER

So you can go two ways with this:
Have your apple slices and dip them in almond butter
or
Place apple slices , almond butter and sprinkle cinnamon on a slice of toast.
HUMMUS DIP WITH BROWN CRACKERS
OR CARROTS WITH RANCH DRESSING
This is is one of favorites , as it is easy and a fast snack to get a hold of
THE PITA PIT SALAD
So in Leeds there is this really epic salad bar by the name Pita Pit , so this salad that I'm about to show is what I take and put in my bowl every time and its really easy to make at home!
Chicken
Fried halloumi cheese
Fatah cheese
Spinach Leaves
Corn
Hummus
Cabbage
And Caesar dressing
APPLE AND GRAPE SALAD
One of my favorite things I love to do and you should try , if you have not yet tried it , is put fruits in your salad!
This is my favorite salad that I love to make:
( Add how much you desire of each ingredient )
Greens - Lettuce , Spinach and rocket leaves
Grapes
Apples
Cucumber
Blue cheese
Dressing
Olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Dried Onion powder
Mustard
